幾年前，八卦媒體封面了李敖和高中女生的故事。高中女生十七歲，是李敖的模特兒，在她肉身上，李敖靈修出「虛擬的十七歲」。

封面畫作來自畫家伯納．夏洛瓦（Bernard Charoy），1931年出生於法國。
李敖說：夏洛瓦很會畫女孩子，可是他本人漸漸老了，前幾年，他換了新的年輕的模特兒，畫出來的就是這一幅。我沒去過法國，可是它流傳到台灣，讓我看到了，畫廊開價近三萬美金，我以五十萬台幣收藏了它。也就是說，全世界只有這一幅、人間只有這一幅，我掛在這裡，讓它看到我。它是原作，我是本尊。我從來不花錢買現代畫，這幅是唯一的例外。
註：油畫長102公分，寬86公分，現藏於李敖書房。
